- Get a refund for activation fees.
- No Early Termination Fee will apply.
The same applies to devices purchased through U.S. Cellular.
- Return or exchange within 15 days in like-new condition with original packaging, battery, accessories and other materials.
- Credit is reapplied to U.S. Cellular account or original payment method.**
- A small $35 restocking fee per item applies.

U.S. Cellular’s return policy only covers equipment and accessories purchased through a U.S. Cellular in store, online or over the phone. Does not apply to merchandise purchased used or on clearance or to opened liquid screen protectors.
One-Year Manufacturer Warranty
Every device sold at U.S. Cellular is supported by a one-year manufacturer warranty covering manufacturing and electrical defects. Devices in good physical condition (no scratches, cracks, liquid damage or other physical damage) may be eligible for repair or replacement within one year.
