By downloading the UScellular^® Try US application, activating the eSIM on UScellular’s network and using the wireless services (collectively “Services”), your use of the Services is governed by the following documents. Any conflict among these documents shall be resolved by giving priority to the documents in the order listed below.

By downloading the UScellular Try US application, you consent to: (i) the Terms and Conditions; (ii) the privacy policy linked herein; (iii) activating your device on UScellular’s network by downloading an eSIM; and (iv) receipt of marketing and service SMS messages at the end of the 30-day free period.

1. Eligibility

You are eligible for Services only if you have a customer address within UScellular licensed market area and have existing cellular service with another carrier. You cannot be a current customer of UScellular for wireless services. You must have a smartphone that has eSIM capabilities.

2. Services.

If you are eligible, UScellular will provide Services to you for no cost for a maximum 30-days. The eSIM and Services will automatically stop operating on day 31. During the 30-day trial period, we will provide you with unlimited voice, text, 50GB of priority data, and 10GB of hotspot access. You cannot renew or sign up for the Services more than once in a 6-month period.
Note: Data may automatically shift to 3G speeds upon reaching the trial data limit and/or temporarily slowed in times of congestion.

3. Term and Termination

The Services are provided for a maximum of 30 days. UScellular may terminate the Services immediately for any reason. You may terminate the Services by deleting/changing the eSIM activated on your device.

4. Use of Service and Coverage

At least 50% of usage must be used in UScellular licensed markets. Paid subscription services may receive priority over your Services in cases of network congestion. No international roaming will be provided. You understand that Services may be interrupted or unavailable due to atmospheric or topographical conditions, governmental regulations or orders, system capacity limitations, and software defects or malfunctions. Representations of coverage by UScellular or its agents are not guarantees.

5. Privacy and Acceptable Use

Personal Information about you and use of Services collected, processed and shared during our provision of Services to you is consistent with our privacy policy, available at Privacy Policy, without further specific notice to you. In addition, we will collect your non UScellular wireless number. You can also view UScellular acceptable use and copyright policies at Copyright Policy.

6. Marketing

You consent to be contacted via email at your email address or text at the wireless number you provided to us in the Application process during and after the end of Services to send surveys, offers and promotional materials and other marketing purposes.

7. Warranties

UScellular makes no warranty regarding the Services, including its software and compatibility with your equipment and software, and disclaims any implied warranty, including any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose to the extent permitted by state law. UScellular is not responsible for circumstances beyond its control, including without limitation, acts or omissions of others, pandemics, epidemics, atmospheric conditions or acts of God. UScellular does not manufacture equipment or software, and your only warranties and representations with respect to equipment or software are those provided by the manufacturer unless and only to the extent that applicable state law imposes warranty obligations on UScellular.

8. Disclaimer

The Services including the application is provided to you “as is”. UScellular and its agents do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose, of the information or applications available through the Services. UScellular does not guarantee that the Services and application will be error-free, or continuously available, or that they will be free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Liability

Neither UScellular, nor its affiliates, directors, employees, or other representatives, are liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Services including any software application or any of the materials, products, services, or applications described herein.

THIS IS A COMPREHENSIVE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY THAT APPLIES TO ALL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO COMPENSATORY, DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSS OF DATA, PROGRAMS, INCOME, PROFIT, OR CLAIMS OF THIRD PARTIES. Your use of the UScellular^® High-Speed Internet Service, including the use of any equipment and Services (together “HSI Service”) is governed by the following documents. Any conflict among these documents shall be resolved by giving priority to the documents in the order listed below.

HSI Service does not support roaming. HSI Service plans require that the equipment associated with the plan be used only at one fixed location approved by UScellular. The HSI Service plans are fixed service plans and may only be used at one location within UScellular licensed market area as approved by UScellular when your HSI Service Plan is activated (“HSI Service Address”). You may not move the equipment to a new location without UScellular approval. In the event you desire to move your HSI Service Plan from your HSI Service Address you will need to request preapproval from UScellular. UScellular will determine if your new location is one that is permitted per your HSI Service Plan. In the event you move the device from the HSI Service Address without UScellular approval, we may either cancel your HSI Service Plan or proactively change your HSI Service Plan to one that best fits your usage and is available at the new location. The new service plan may be another HSI Service Plan or any other data plan currently available. If your HSI Service Plan is cancelled, you will still be liable for any amounts owed for the equipment.

Certain HSI Service Plans may require the installation of permanent equipment at your HSI Service Address. Only a professional installer can install/de-install this equipment. You agree to cooperate with UScellular as necessary to allow the equipment necessary to receive the HSI Service to be installed/de-installed at your HSI Service Address. You agree to follow any instructions provided by UScellular or any UScellular designated third party regarding installation/de-installation of any equipment required for the HSI Service, including installation/de-installation of replacement equipment if necessary.

Ip address

The HSI Service utilizes dynamic IP addresses or privately managed IP addresses. UScellular makes no guarantees regarding the HSI Services interconnectivity with the internet and some Internet content may be unavailable to you. Static IP addresses are not used or available for the HSI Service and some uses that require static IP addresses are not supported by the HSI Service.
