General
Your use of the UScellular® High-Speed Internet Service, including the use of any equipment and Services (together “HSI Service”) is governed by the following documents. Any conflict among these documents shall be resolved by giving priority to the documents in the order listed below.
HSI Service does not support roaming. HSI Service plans require that the equipment associated with the plan be used only at one fixed location approved by UScellular. The HSI Service plans are fixed service plans and may only be used at one location within UScellular licensed market area as approved by UScellular when your HSI Service Plan is activated (“HSI Service Address”). You may not move the equipment to a new location without UScellular approval. In the event you desire to move your HSI Service Plan from your HSI Service Address you will need to request preapproval from UScellular. UScellular will determine if your new location is one that is permitted per your HSI Service Plan. In the event you move the device from the HSI Service Address without UScellular approval, we may either cancel your HSI Service Plan or proactively change your HSI Service Plan to one that best fits your usage and is available at the new location. The new service plan may be another HSI Service Plan or any other data plan currently available. If your HSI Service Plan is cancelled, you will still be liable for any amounts owed for the equipment.

Certain HSI Service Plans may require the installation of permanent equipment at your HSI Service Address. Only a professional installer can install/de-install this equipment. You agree to cooperate with UScellular as necessary to allow the equipment necessary to receive the HSI Service to be installed/de-installed at your HSI Service Address. You agree to follow any instructions provided by UScellular or any UScellular designated third party regarding installation/de-installation of any equipment required for the HSI Service, including installation/de-installation of replacement equipment if necessary.
Ip address
The HSI Service utilizes dynamic IP addresses or privately managed IP addresses. UScellular makes no guarantees regarding the HSI Services interconnectivity with the internet and some Internet content may be unavailable to you. Static IP addresses are not used or available for the HSI Service and some uses that require static IP addresses are not supported by the HSI Service.

You agree and understand that the equipment and systems through which UScellular provides the HSI Service may contain firmware or software (“Software”), and that UScellular shall have the right to upgrade, update, monitor and perform maintenance on the equipment and Software at any time without notice. You consent to any Software license terms associated with your use of or access to the HSI Service or equipment.

Consumer or small business (25 lines or less), requires 2GB, Unlimited Basic, Everyday or Even Better plan. Purchase of a qualifying device via 0% APR, $0 down, 30-mo. Retail Installment Contract (RIC), and credit approval required. Tax due at sale. A Regulatory Cost Recovery Fee applies; this is not a tax or gov’t-required charge. Additional fees, taxes, terms, conditions and coverage areas may apply and vary by plan, service and phone. Limitations and exclusions apply. Existing customers may switch to 2GB, Unlimited Basic, Everyday or Even Better plans but, in most cases, any previous promotional credits requiring a Total Plan, Unlimited, or Unlimited Plus subscription will not transfer.
OFFER DETAILS: Up to $300 off qualifying smartphone. Credit comes via a monthly bill credit over 30 months and ends when balance is paid.
Qualifying Devices and associated credits are: Samsung Galaxy A51, A71 ($200), Samsung Galaxy S20, S20 FE, Note 20 ($300). Bill credit applied within 3 bill cycles and ends when balance is paid. Line must remain in good standing with required price plan for entire 30-mo. RIC. Customer may lose bill credit if price plan is changed. In the event of cancellation of Service, customer will be responsible for the entire RIC balance.
Kansas Customers: In areas in which UScellular receives support from the Federal Universal Service Fund, all reasonable requests for service must be met.
